Apologies to SonarPen for this review taking too long. First and foremost, I’d like to say thanks to Greenbulb for their timely support when it came to answering my questions. Actually bought SonarPen sometime around July of last year as a gift to myself. Unfortunately, I only received my order by September due to the inefficient postal service in my country.
In terms of functionality, the SonarPen delivered as advertised. I was able to use it on both my iPad and Android smartphone. However, I did have issues when it came to some of the smart stylus’ features. Turning on palm rejection somehow makes the pen less sensitive to pressure in addition to being less accurate. Additionally, accuracy became an issue even when palm rejection is off.
With that said, I’d still recommend the SonarPen even with these shortcomings. I actually have a review of it up on https://doodlingdigitally.com/sonarpen-review-is-this-the-stylus-for-you/ that you might want to check out. Basically, it’s a great smart stylus that has applications outside of just drawing/painting that more than justifies its relatively affordable price.

Palm rejection is not working for Android apps like ibis paint and artflow, I can’t draw anything while it is on.
But overall, the product is great!

Hello , I really enjoy this product and the pressure sensitivity works perfectly. The only con that I have is that I can’t use it while listening to music. And when I use an audio splitter you can hear a constant beeping in the background which is really annoying . But all in all it’s great, and I love it.

First impressions: It’s really lightweight, very portable. I like the pouch, it can serve as a protective cushion if I accidentally drop it. Works and pairs really easily with Ibis Paint X. Pairing with Medibang Paint for ipad needs improvement, sometimes, the pen won’t pair at all with the app and I have to restart. The way the cord sometimes get on the screen is I guess kind of a nuisance but not too much.
Definitely useful, but there is still room for improvements. I recommend this to people who wants to start doing digital who has a limited budget, as it is very affordable, but works like a charm.

A cool, even revolutionary, product at an affordable price. I am using it with the IbisPaint software on two Android devices: LG G4 smartphone and a Huawei 10″ tablet. It took some time to get used to, and palm rejection doesn’t work properly on my software/devices, but SonarPen is still very, very usable. With it, a regular phone or tablet can be easily converted into a dedicated drawing device. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
